Who we are
FORM Homes designs, permits, and builds backyard homes in Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Coquitlam, British Columbia. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, property address or postal code, what you want to build, your timing, the home you are interested in, and any notes, when you request a quote on this site or through one of our ads.
- How you found us. The ad or link that brought you here (campaign tags in the web address), the page that referred you, and the time of your first visit. We keep this in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so it can be attached to your request.
- How the site is used. We count page views and clicks on this site with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Address checks. An address you type into the address pre-check is processed in your browser and is not sent to us unless you also request a quote.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request, look at your property, and prepare a quote.
- To follow up about your project, if you asked us to.
- To understand which ads and pages bring in real inquiries, so we spend our advertising budget well.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and deliver your request: our website host (Vercel), our email provider (Google), and, if you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we are discussing a project with you, and for up to two years after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep project records as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email formhomesvancouver@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
